Payment Options

We accept any PPO insurance policy and we will file your claim for you!

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment and/or deductible which the patient will be responsible for.

The patient’s portion can be paid by any of these payment options:

• Cash or Personal Check.
• Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Care Credit Medical/Dental Care – We offer the following promotions when using care credit in our office:
  • $200-$599 at 6 months no interest
  • $600+ at 12 months no interest

Please Note: The cardholder must be present when making a payment with Care Credit (i.e. you cannot pay with a family member’s Care Credit card unless you have officially been added as a signer on their account). If the cardholder is not present, and we cannot verify that you have been added onto their account, you will need to use another form of payment.
